ホテルとホテルの間の運転を頼みました。 その時ドライバーさんが自分のスマホを差し出して、好きな曲流して良いよて言ってくれました。そして日本の曲を流したらそのドライバーが曲を気に入ってくれて本当に嬉しかったです。
ロサンゼルスは車社会
電車やバスに乗ると3倍くらいの時間がかかってしまうことも。車社会のロサンゼルスで行きたいところに安心していけるのはすごくありがたい。

Horrible service
First time used; the drivers never showed up on time no speak common language- the second driver finally came without apology but friendly at all- the vehicle was old definitely need suspension job- unsatisfied over all that I claimed customer service they keeps on ignoring to close the case without customer’s consent….. impossible unprofessional too frustrating EXTREMELY POOR- no star just put one in order to post this

Wallflower gave us a ride from San Francisco International Airport to our hotel in San Francisco. We ended up having a great conversation, all the while he was driving with skill and care. I would recommend him to all.
