The app is difficult to navigate and what their customer service execs say doesn’t match with the app They are fraudulent and unethical Very bad teachers no professionalism Also weirdly they canceled my subscription without me asking them to do so

I just love the integrated system of preply. I love that you can take classes on the dashboard and dont have to go to zoom or any other app to take classes
I experienced a highly disappointing service – despite booking a session, the tutor failed to show up, and shockingly, the session was unjustly marked as complete. The subsequent ordeal of attempting to communicate with the unhelpful support team, who displayed no willingness to address the issue, and insisted I navigate the unresponsive tutor for a resolution, has solidified this as the worst service I've ever encountered.

I selected a filter from 6 am to 9 am But when I go to the tutors profile, they don't have schedules from 6 am to 9 am

Would love to have an option to add shortlisted teachers into a separate bucket or so. At the moment, I only have to come back and look at the entire pool of teachers all over again. Also, the messaging feature doesn’t respond very well. It takes several clicks to send a message. I am not sure if this has been fixed. But a couple of times earlier than last month, I have faced this issue numerous times. The video and audio clarity also drops during the call. I am comparing your audio video quality to apps like zoom . So, in comparison to that, your app doesn’t meet the mark. But, overall a decent app .
