Seems like one has to design the mobile views on desktop browser. The app alone is too limited, can be used in an emegency but the weak filtering and searching often causes me not to find a ticket unless I know the number.

Seems like one has to design the mobile views on desktop browser. The app alone is too limited, can be used in an emegency but the weak filtering and searching often causes me not to find a ticket unless I know the number.
Otherwise very helpful to me but it's annoying that I still get notifications even if I turn them off in the app. I have to go to phone settings, find the app and turn them off.
It's not working like it should be and also can't delete tickets!
The Zendesk app works okay most of the time. But more often than not it’s unresponsive and you have to open and close the app multiple times to get anything to load
Needs to allow phone calls like the webpage does. Doesn’t show the same amount of info has the webpage.
Updated to new version but dark mode isn’t working. Switched to new agent experience like instructions say but nope. Also would like ability to call from within the app.
This app is so simple to use. I actually prefer it over the web version. I will say that I am still waiting on a “Dark mode” for the app. Apparently many people have asked, but still no Dark mode for both the web version and the mobile app version of Zendesk.
Can I receive calls on the app? I understand that the pc version has an incoming call feature but I do not see that in app. Thanks,
I’ve been complaining about this app for 3 years, requesting a major re design overhaul and nothing has been done. PLEASE FIX THE MENU
Overall great app. But the app does not load all the time and you have to force quit the app the reopen several times.
