Really liked the concept of Zendesk having an app. While, it offers more of basic functions right now, I really hope it is able to incorporate more features from its web counterpart. Most awaited, the Customer Satisfaction scores.

This is good for general purpose for L1 team to update tickets quickly but at an admin level there is nothing much that one can achieve.

When I open a ticket and reply back and change status, clicking the cross button does not close the ticket and gets me back to dashboard. This is happening everytime. Please fix this small annoying issue as I have to close the app every time i reply to a ticket.
