Basic features work, but sometimes notification issues

The app is mostly working fine but got repeated issues with notifications on IOs. (Even with notifciations disabled i keep getting them and its very hard to find the unread notifcations sometimes). I’m also missing the feature to view good or bad ratings in the app

Works ok if you don’t have a desktop

Missing some essential functions of Zendesk through a browser. And also missing some of the basics when using an app on an ipad/mobile device (gestures/swiping).

Poor customer service clunky app

We have been a customer for 10 years, one day Zendesk accidentally disabled all our accounts. No one to talk to, no phone number. Worst customer service ever. The app is ok but it does not appear that their UX designer has any human factors training, it’s complicated to navigate, to respond to tickets, to updates, but it does worth a single star as it can help in case of emergency

The Zendesk app works okay most of the time. But more often than not it’s unresponsive and you have to open and close the app multiple times to get anything to load

Prefer the webpage

Needs to allow phone calls like the webpage does. Doesn’t show the same amount of info has the webpage.

Dark Mode Not Working

Updated to new version but dark mode isn’t working. Switched to new agent experience like instructions say but nope. Also would like ability to call from within the app.
