No notification at all ! Please let me back to the normal version!
The app drains battery fast, maybe can look into a way to reduce the power consumption when refreshing data.
The typing does not work really well. Damn laggy when type. Using iPhone 6S plus. Please fix this asap

We have been a customer for 10 years, one day Zendesk accidentally disabled all our accounts. No one to talk to, no phone number. Worst customer service ever. The app is ok but it does not appear that their UX designer has any human factors training, it’s complicated to navigate, to respond to tickets, to updates, but it does worth a single star as it can help in case of emergency
Failed to load, Tal to retry
The Zendesk app works okay most of the time. But more often than not it’s unresponsive and you have to open and close the app multiple times to get anything to load
Needs to allow phone calls like the webpage does. Doesn’t show the same amount of info has the webpage.
Updated to new version but dark mode isn’t working. Switched to new agent experience like instructions say but nope. Also would like ability to call from within the app.
