The app has a bug with giving me notification dots, but it doesn’t go away after opening the app and looking into the notifications and clicking on the new ones. It’s annoying. Otherwise the app works well. It’s just the red dot on my Home Screen above the app that doesn’t go away that is annoying. Deleting the app and reinstalling it helps. But I can’t be doing that every time..

I am using iOS 14, is it normal that the app doesn’t stay logged in?

Zendesk er rett og slett et fabelaktig verktøy for kundeservice. Vi har etterhvert innført det i alle avdelinger.
Terrible
Sorry, but this app is terrible. I love Zendesk, but this app is just crap. There is a random color coding of tickets that is just disturbing, I am not able to delete tickets, nor am I able to see who assigned a ticket to me. The whole thing is a mess and just goes to show this was not beta tested on super users beforehand. Please try to fix all the issues and I will try it again, but only because I love your desktop ticket desk - otherwise I would jump ship.
