The Zendesk app works okay most of the time. But more often than not it’s unresponsive and you have to open and close the app multiple times to get anything to load

Needs to allow phone calls like the webpage does. Doesn’t show the same amount of info has the webpage.

Updated to new version but dark mode isn’t working. Switched to new agent experience like instructions say but nope. Also would like ability to call from within the app.

This app is so simple to use. I actually prefer it over the web version. I will say that I am still waiting on a “Dark mode” for the app. Apparently many people have asked, but still no Dark mode for both the web version and the mobile app version of Zendesk.

Can I receive calls on the app? I understand that the pc version has an incoming call feature but I do not see that in app. Thanks,

I’ve been complaining about this app for 3 years, requesting a major re design overhaul and nothing has been done. PLEASE FIX THE MENU

Overall great app. But the app does not load all the time and you have to force quit the app the reopen several times.

I’ve not been able to sign in. Every month or so when I have a request, I go to the app, only to find some error pop up. Even after updates, it still doesn’t let me on.

Login—It seems like the app likes SSO. Wish the alternative method isn’t in grey, small font on lower part of the screen. Viewing tickets, setting up notifications, and such seems to be good. Will discover how well it works in the coming days!
