Tengo alrededor de 9 años entrenando y he avanzado bastante bien en mis objetivos, pero últimamente por mis circunstancias de vida necesitaba encontrar motivación renovada con un programa que me ayudara a seguir avanzando. Ladder ha sido un descubrimiento maravilloso para mí porque es fácil de usar, tiene muchos aspectos como los badges y la comunidad que se forma, que te impulsan y motivan, las porras en tiempo real que puedes enviar y recibir y es dinámica en su programación. Además tiene muchas opciones para elegir cómo enfocar el entrenamiento, en mi caso soy Team Ascend porque la forma de trabajo del equipo fue algo que me atrajo y me hizo sentido en objetivos que tengo y me he sentido muy bien, no solo en el cuerpo sino en ánimo, tengo muchas ganas de ir ya al siguiente día a hacer la rutina que sigue y eso lo agradezco. Enorme y gran trabajo con la app y los equipos!

I would go to the gym, do some cardio and then wander aimlessly around the weights and maybe try a couple machines. Now i have a focused plan everyday! It connects seamlessly with my Apple watch and Spotify. The instructions are clear, the workouts are challenging and the progress tracking is easy!

I was sold after the first workout, I immediately signed up for the year. As a mom of two young kids it’s hard to sneak a workout in but I have 7/8 days so far with Ladder. I love the customization, options, timed workouts and trainers. I feel so amazing after just a week and can’t wait to keep it going! 15/10 - I’m can’t believe I didn’t do it sooner!

Let me start by saying that the TRIAL period is actually FREE with no credit card sign-up necessary. The days count down from the moment you start! I signed up as soon as I finished my trial… best decision ever. You plug in your goal (strength, tone, weight loss), the equipment you have available, and the best coach is recommended, but you ultimately get to choose! So easy to use, a timer is built in to the workouts and rest periods! This app is well designed! JUST DO IT!!!
