If I were to rate just the coach Kelly Matthews this would be a 5/5 review. So much fun, empowering and the perfect mix of conditioning and strength training! The app however is a bit messy, with so many different features that it’s hard to overview your progression etc. I’d like it to take more inspiration from the StrengthLog app!

I have always had a hard time getting to the gym, but with this app I get the best group training I’ve ever had from the comfort of my home. A total game changer, I’ve gotten so much stronger and fitter in the months I have used it. Great to have many coaches in different styles to choose from. There are many strange training apps online, but this one is the real deal. Try it, you’ll be glad you did!

It’s such a treat to workout since joining Ladder. Amazing coaches that guides you through every workout, super friendly and encouraging community, great features and possibilities to adjust the workouts to fit your schedule. Signed up for a year and planning on continuing. Highly recommend ladder to anyone and everyone.

I started using ladder after Christmas 2023. I started out Movewell for about two weeks then made the switch to Evolve. I am really impressed with the programming. I have noticed an increase in strength after a few weeks. My only reason for not giving a 5 star is if you do the scheduled workouts on different days it is shown on the scheduled days and also in your workout history. Hoping this something they will fix in the future.

This is your virtual personal trainer. I’ve used countless apps with varying degrees of success but this is the first one that makes the experience fun. The trainers and community are engaged and not intimidating. The workouts are great, the music integration is awesome, the whole experience is just so unique. Try the trial, it’s worth it, ladder is amazing!
