The first workout app that I’m looking forward every day. So motivating to be part of a team. My Team (EMPWR) is sooo freaking supportive, the workouts are great and never boring. The price is a little high but sometimes there are discounts. You can track the workouts directly with your Apple Watch and listen to your music while working out Love it!

Few APPs can bring you such incredible value in the fitness and training arena, and Ladder is probably over this category. Maybe it is the human touch, its personalized experience or maybe for the community around. But this app is the perfect long-term companion for people who have learned how important physical activity is for your whole well-being. Moreover, in this app, I have the chance to follow probably one of the best and top class coaches in the field, Ben Greenfield. If there is one word that could describe this man, beyond all the things he does, this is “Integrity”, such a difficult value to find in this sector. Ben and Raychel, with her magic voice, are taking us through biohacking, muscle gain, sleep improvement, mental well-being, and much more, using an extensive set of techniques.
