The app is easy to use and offers training programs for any fitness goals and training styles. I was skeptical at first but after soon 4 weeks I don’t regret joining. I already see so much progress in strength and definition.

I’ve used Ladder for a few weeks now and the programming is great. I love that it connects automatically to my Apple Watch and Spotify, and I’ve been sore every week despite having trained consistently prior to joining Ladder. Highly recommend.
