This is your virtual personal trainer. I’ve used countless apps with varying degrees of success but this is the first one that makes the experience fun. The trainers and community are engaged and not intimidating. The workouts are great, the music integration is awesome, the whole experience is just so unique. Try the trial, it’s worth it, ladder is amazing!
Get this app! Start your journey. Trust!
There’s a lot on the app, but I found it hard to navigate. I wanted a hands off app that I can mirror on my tv and I had to keep stopping to go to the next workout and next step. There’s probably a way to change this setting but there’s so many other features that it’s hard to find what I’m looking for.
I’ve tried multiple exercise apps and have always been cautious about the cost. With Ladder I gave up my gym membership! They make using a home gym with minimal equipment easy. I have been able to work out at home and feel the impact. The community chats and cheers are great for accountability. And, it’s cheaper than the gym. I’ve managed to work out regularly, see gains, and grow closer to neighbors as we share equipment in garage gyms. Overall a great experience m.
Love the app. Love Coach Kelly and Team Limitless. I’m a working mom who’s usually mentally and physically drained by the time I get to the gym. Coach Kelly holds my hand(well my ears via headphones) and guides my almost lifeless husk through each workout. Somehow by the end of each one I’ve pushed myself harder, gotten a little stronger, and feel like myself again. Couldn’t recommend the Ladder app and Team Limitless enough. 10s across the aboard!
This coaching and community has been a game changer for my fitness goals. Grateful for y’all! Major shout out to Sam Tooley and Project Alpha.
I workout regularly and am pretty advanced in my workouts. But I was losing motivation and direction; Ladder helped with that significantly. I’ve tried so many different coaches on the app and can say they’re all great but all have different styles, goals, approaches, etc. the app UX is awesome as well. Can’t recommend ladder enough to anyone from beginner to advanced as there is something for everyone.
This app is great. I really love how I can listen to music while working out. It tells me when to start each set, and how many reps I need to do.
I’ve tried many fitness apps, but this one truly feels like having a personal trainer. You can listen to your favorite music in your favorite music app which great. The social aspect, where you can interact with your trainer and team, makes it even better. It’s a bit pricier, but absolutely worth it for the efficiency and results!
