Love the app and the workouts, but it would be great if there was some way to connect it to my Garmin or at least my Garmin HRM so that I can track the calories in the app when it sends data to Strava…

I’ve been on my fitness journey for a year now and started getting bored at the gym due to same old routine new day. I thought I was doing it right that whole time until I found ladder. I work with team Iconic and let me tell you, I leave the gym drenched in sweat after every single workout. Download this app and use it. IT WORKS!

This is by far the best fitness app that I’ve ever used, and I’ve used A LOT of them. Love that it walks you through each move but still connects to your music. Absolutely love!

I really want to love this app. I love the coach’s energy and I’ve joined three times hoping for a new perspective. There’s just not enough instruction on form, mechanics, and how to avoid injury. The tutorials are brief, buried somewhere in the app, and overall inaccessible.

I started using Ladder about 3 months ago and I couldn’t be more happy with it! Team Maximus consistently brings unique and challenging workouts day after day all while providing the guidance to assist you in making every rep count. I found the integration with Apple Music and my Apple Watch to be about as seamless as you can get. Overall a great fitness partner to assist you on your fitness journey.

Ladder is one of the only workout apps that has gotten me excited to go and workout. They give you so many options and pair you with the best team based on your goals. I love being a part of a team and ladder really does a great job of creating a supportive community. The only downside is how expensive the subscription is, still deciding if $30/month is worth it 😅 (I’m using my free month trial right now). But all in all, it’s a really great way to get motivated and excited to work out!

I really wanted to motivate my sibling with this app but it only seems to work for iPhone. When are you guys going to make it available for androids as well? I’ve never tried a workout app as good as this one. I wouldn’t bother looking for another one ever, like THIS IS IT!! But there’s a whole market out there for android users as well.

I went through the start up questionnaire and selected a “team,” but I couldn’t find information about what equipment I needed for the first workout until I launched the 7 day trial. I didn’t have the equipment needed so I couldn’t do the first workout which left me locked out of everything else. Maybe letting new people know what they need before launching the trial or making the initial workouts equivalent free would be a help.

This is exactly what I’ve been looking for. I’ve tried many different apps, none of them compare to this one. The variety of workouts/coaches is fantastic. I’ve been using this app for almost four months straight now which is by far the most consistent I’ve ever been with a workout app. I’ve been with Coach Kelly since the start and have loved all her plans and workouts. If you’ve struggled to find the right workouts and motivation to suit your goals and you’ve tried other apps that just haven’t felt right, I cannot recommend this program enough! You get an entire week free to start and they don’t even ask you for your billing info upfront until that trial week is up, which I really appreciated!

I’ve never had luck with workout apps in the past. Ladder is different, I wouldn’t be as consistent or work out as hard without it I’m seeing great results definitely worth it!
