I followed this program for two months before cancelling, without any apparent result. The app seems to be designed mainly for US costumers. A great amount of time is spent on why one shouldn't eat processed food or skip breakfast, which is quite obvious. The size of portions, and other info entered into the app, are also measures according to American standards.

Be carefull they make it very very complicated to unsubscribe. ..it’s a shame the app was interesting but I can’t stand these scammers that make it so hard to unsubscribe.

If you’re not careful, Noom will charge you 250$ for the subscription and various hidden add-ons. They are refusing to refund me even partially because I didn’t see the charges until more than 2 weeks later. 250$ is an absurd amount of money for an app subscription.

Attention aux politiques américaines de remboursement complètement inexistantes. L’application bien qu’efficace pour certain n’était pas pour moi. J’ai donc annulé mon abonnement. Des mois plus tard… je suis prélevée de $189. Honte à vous! Ils refusent de me rembourser. Noom sont des voleurs. Un montant pareil n’est pas prélevé à la légère. Pas un mail, une notification, RIEN!!!

Appli complète ! J’aime noter les aliments que je mange et les retrouver facilement avec leur calories associées. Le classement en vert jaune orange est simple pour s’y retrouver dans les aliments. De supers conseils psy qui font réfléchir et avancer !

The app in itself is great, it has great content. They say they’ll put you in a group but they never do. And what they don’t tell you either is when they change their plan to 79€ annually to 79€ every 2months. They never send billing emails or reminder emails/texts when you’re not using the app, so you have little chance to notice.

Noom delivers an efficient, pleasurable and lasting way to control your eating. Unlike any other weight control method you might have tried. It is pricey but worth every cent. I have reached my goal after 4 weeks but continue to use it for great eating and health. Thank you Noom!
