Not Displaying Bookings
I have several confirmed bookings made for an upcoming trip. They don’t show up in the “Bookings” section of the app. I can manually web access them. Something is broken in the app’s backend.

Do yourself a favour and don’t use them, you will regret it if you have a problem
The site is so easy to use. You get a lot better price compared to the rental company site and there insurance is a god send. I would highly recommend this site.
My flight was delayed a day and rental car cancelled my booking so arrived and despite the fact I was happy to pay for the day I did not use I was stuffed with no car. Couldn’t speak to anyone …crazy system.
First I was forced to download the app or they wouldn’t show me my reservation number to give to the car rental company. Then I show up to the agency one hour late (after calling to tell them I would be late), and they don’t have any cars left to rent!! I waited two more hours with my two children 4 and 7 and finally they get a car to us. Other customers in the lobby, who were in similar situations, were either told to travel to the next rental location, or to kick rocks. I’ll never use this company again. ZERO stars if I could rate it less than 1.
I used the platform for more than 3 years. Unfortunately, this week, I had an issue with the rental company which didn’t have my car when I arrived at 3 am in the morning. Carrental.com team were not helpful and deducted the first day of rental, although it was not my mistake the car company didn’t have my car!
I’ve used this app twice. The first time I paid for the $0 damage waiver only to be told that I’d paid for the apps damage waiver and I’d still need to pay $5000 to the car rental company for any damage and then claim that off the app company because they’re a 3rd party. The second time I tried to book with two booster seats and the rental company said it wasn’t on their booking. So no seats. I had to go and book on the spot with another company. Car Rentals were going to charge 100% of the booking as a cancellation fee. I ended up waiting for the car rental company to find two seats so we could continue with the booking. Bad 3rd party app experience both times.
I’m still waiting at the Alamo rental car pickup. After 2 hours no car. Apparently the cars are still getting washed. Not going to book with them again. Appalling service.
Will never book with Rentalcars again. Booked a mystery car which was shown as a five seater five door with Ace Car Rentals. Arrived to pick up our car only to find we were allocated a Kia carnival 8 seater which was way too big considering it was only my son and I travelling. We were then offered a RAV but had to pay an extra $83 which I was told people do all the time as their mystery car is generally the Kia Carnival. This is not only false advertising but ends up being more expensive than other car rentals I could have chosen. I voiced my dissatisfaction with Ace when I returned the car and told somebody would contact me but never heard a word back. I then contacted Rentalcars with my complaint but they responded saying there was nothing they could do.
The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. I rented a car for 2 weeks but my flight was not arriving on time to collect it that day. I said i could collect it the next morning. They said this was now a new booking at live rates and would cost me another $2000. Had 5 days of back and forth but I couldn’t cope with the incompetence of the staff any longer. Every person i talked to gave me different incorrect information. They didn’t seem to know what was going on, and had no idea how to fix it. I cut my loses in the end and cancelled at a loss of a few hundred dollars. Terrible company out to scam its customers.
