I ordered more than 20 times cars to them and just when it’s happened unexpected matter for me to picking up car and lost it they didn’t respond it’s so pity

App is ok but no response or warning if you are late. Despite you have reservations for the day they cancel your booking and no refund or gave your car. Very poor customer service, no support just keep your money to their pocket. Will delete the app and cancel my account.

I booked a normal car and whenever I went to airport they told me that the car will be electrical car and they asked for extra money which wasn’t mentioned to me in my voucher . So they are both cheater thrifty rent a car Company and this app are cheater . They not answer you in any way( neither phone calls or e-mail)

I used it several times but last time I went to car company. Car company told me no reservation. I asked Rentalcars. Customer center first claimed I never went to pick car. When I proved I went and I even called them, this time they claimed I was late to pick car so my reservation was cancelled. In order not to refund one day rental amount they wasted a lot of time of mine and played a lot of games. I am deleting this app. There are much better rental companies online with more professional service

I reserved a compact car in Strasbourg…Company was Sixt..Only the reservation seen in the office log..I have purchased Extra insurance from rentalcars for 82 Euros..Sixt didnt approve the Extra insurance and tried to sell their insurance..Charged extra 50 Euros as well..C Waited 1 h for the car…Car s service control was missed…Terrible experience…

Generell ist die App sehr gut, Buchungen erfolgen auch sehr schnell und reibungslos. Wenn es ums bezahlen und reservieren geht, da gibt es keine Hindernisse. Wenn ihr mal Probleme mit einer Buchung habt oder eine Rückerstattung anfordert, so findet ihr weder einen Ansprechpartner, noch eine Mail oder Telefonnummer. Ihr müsst erst einmal sehr lange im Internet nach einer Möglichkeit suchen wie man überhaupt Kontakt aufnehmen kann. Bei mir gab es bei einer Buchungen Probleme, so das drei mal von der selben Buchung gemacht wurde, nach jeder Buchung kam eine Fehlermeldung, doch trotzdem wurde das Geld abgebucht. Buchungsnummern 783926094, 791875008, 792314232. aus diesem Grund kann ich diese App nicht empfehlen. Das selbe werde ich sich im Social Media teilen.

Made a mistake in booking and accidentally cancelled it and lost money and booking. Support said that sorry about that. Thank you for your empathy guys. Don’t recommend that app, however used it before.
