แย่มากๆ รถก็ไม่ได้ใช้ เสียเงินฟรีๆ 6300 บาท ติดต่อยากมากๆ

Scammed my money. Never got my car or money back.

Hey guys. usually i don’t do post like this. but it’s out of good intention. Avoid using @rentalcarscom. I made a booking through the platform and my car got assigned to Avis. From Avis’ backend the booking was cancelled without any notification to my side. I double checked with my bank the payment has been paid. I tried calling @rentalcarscom 4 times they all ended up with their customer service saying there is nothing they can do. I ended up booking another car through the counter and decided to just let go of this because I don’t want to ruin my mood. But yeah, try to book your cars directly with the car rental and not through a middle platform, especially @rentalcarscom I’m usually a very positive minded person, so if I decided to make a post like this, it’s because it’s actually really really bad 🥲

หลังจากจองรถไปไม่ รอยืนยันประมาน4 วัน เเละได้รับเเจ้งว่ามีรถให้ยืม เเละเสนอรถให้ใหม่ซึ่ง ด้อยวกว่าการจองรถครั้งเเรก และไม่สามารถกดยกเลิก การจองได้
