If rent company failed to provide a car - they will do all possible to keep your money and grab your time. Support team is inadequate.
Stole 500$ from me and refuse to refund ( Booked a car with them in Houston. I’ve been a client of Booking.com for years and this is just terrible experience with renalcars.com!!! I’ve arrived at the rental car company Alamo at Houston airport with my partly prepaid booking from rentalcars.com. They was not able to process my credit card even I’ve had enough money on the account. When I ask to cancel my booking they told me I need to contact rentalcars.com. Now they telling they will not refund me anything. This just nonsense! I’ve manage to book a car with a same card and same docs in another office. Why rentalcars.com are not willing to refund my money even when rental company Alamo confirm that they agree to refund??
I have dropped the rental car almost two months ago and still have not received my deposit. Now they are requesting me to get email confirmation from card provider saying I haven’t received the money and send them the email through Customer service. Absolutely unacceptable. They will do anything to hold your money back from you. Shame on you. Used to use and like them as a car rental provider but the quality and service is going to trash.
Dealing with you is difficult and unfair with the customer and you do not have quick solutions, as I dealt with you and paid the amount online and I did not find the car and did not refund the full amount and took a long time and the last one has no solution from them. I advise you to rent a car in reality is better than paying online and getting involved in the absence of a car or an alternative to it
Dont use this broker for the cars since they aren’t saving clients rights the ENTERPRISE COMPANY didn’t give me the car and they took my money i called several times to rental-car as well as several emails sent with no benefits they didn’t refund my money. Very bad experience better to find another broker for the car.
Be careful, it’s a scam website, you will book and you won’t fine your booking !!! They will steal your money, and you will get no service or a car , and no one will reply to your emails or numbers !! As soon as you book a car, they will deduct the amount many times from your card !!
There is no credibility for this app and it doesn't protect you or retrieve your stolen money from the Warsaw Airport office in Poland two days after the car was delivered, they discounted 5,000 zloties without telling me why and when rent a car was not discussed at Warsaw Airport, called rent a car direct and number 84732290021
They are just post office between you and agencies , not protect the client from Agency and not take seriously your complain Not recommend at all
Application is swapping the car pickup / drop off time from PM to AM, many reservations i made, as soon as i reach the agent counter i am chocked that my reservation time is incorrect (time swapped from AM not PM), this bug should be resolved.
