No car No refund
Terrible experience. Found myself and my family without a car in Dortmund. Sixt cancelled my reservation because I was around 1 and half hours late. Sixt representative said Rentalcar had not informed them about flight number and gabe away the car. Despite Sixt did not charge any penny itself, Rentalcar.com took full payment of 1000USD . Standing on the counter I started chatting with Rentalcar representative several times and every time the application stopped sending massages in the middle of conversation. Finally I got the answers that I lost all the amount and they are sorry for that. I’m utterly disappointed by rentalcar and I hope you won’t be in my position with them ever ❤️🙏
