Rentalcars.com - Car hire App

I was informed yesterday that my flight to Verona was pushed forward by 2 hours. I contacted yourselves to push the booking forward by 2 hours, but was informed that is not possible???? To amend a booking by 2 hours is surely not that complicated!!!! I was told to cancel my booking and the attempt to rebook, but their would be no guarantees. I find this poor service and unacceptable.

I had bad experience with rentalcar.com! I was late for my booking and they cancelled it! Charged me 1/3 of the booking price and messed my plans!

Used to love app but payment never works since I started using two authentication on credit card. Totally frustrating

It a shockingly bad app

They are just a booking agency and don’t care if you actually get the car or not. I’ve seen many comments from people who experienced the same thing as me. They come up some reason not to provide you the vehicle and keep all your money. Wouldn’t give me a car on the day and said I would get a refund later. However every time you email them a different person responds like it’s some bot. When I rang them they said they would give me the refund however later just changed their minds and continue to refuse to do so. Scam!

This app has taken the hassle out of car rental. It quick and easy to use plus you can amend or cancel your booking with no problems. Highly recommend.

Extremely disappointed in the service. Booked a rental car, and made a payment. Only to find out that a deposit of €1000+ is required, and a cancellation of €38 after I booked. These charges were not specified up front and were not included in the terms and conditions. Will not be using this service again!

I did appointment for one car when I going to get the car they asked to me for a international drive licence and I don’t have international drive licence just national and I couldn’t get the car. When I asked to my money back they just gave to me the insurance money, and kept with all money I had booked the car, ins’t fear because I paid for this and I couldn’t use and can’t get the money back!
