My first time renting a car using this app. Easy amd seamless. Good stuff from Booking.com More importantly, lucky I got paired with a 7 seater Nissan Serena from Seiyon. New car. Great experience. The team from Seiyon is super helpful too! They also have an added feature where you can asl them to pick up the car from the place of your choosing for a reasonable fee! Also worth mentioning Seiyon was the only one who had a 7 seater offering so u guys are lifesavers! They even have a Velfyre in stock. Thanks again Seiyon team. Service terbaek! Tq

Had a bad car rental experience whereby the car was downgraded. Contacted rental cars CS and was given a 5% discount code (which wasn’t even near to the cost I lost from the downgrade) Tried to use the code to get a discount on my upcoming rental, CS kept off talking about the real matter - to utilise the discount code, but kept sending general information to me wasting both parties’ time and effort. Customer service experience is not helpful and ignorant and tries to not answer your issues when it’s clear that they have the issue.

Trust me .. better don't deal with them ..

This apps I use for the 5times but your after sales is terrible and useless, u charge my credit card bill twice and without reply msg, pls make refund around USD 500+

Competitive price and fast

This company is a total scam, I’ve booked a car for U$$85,40 and got charged twice this amount, but that’s not all, got to the Europe car in Joburg to collect the car and the booking ref doesn’t exists, we phone rental cars call centre and they also can not find my booking, so I end up renting a car directly from Europe car, now I’m trying to get in contact with rentalcars to get the refund of my money, but it is impossible, so please DON’T USE RENTALCARS at all

Tried using this app for the first time but ended up being unable to get my rental despite paying full payment beforehand!! Cancelled booking for a refund (or at least half) but they decided to charge me the full price I paid!!! BOTTOM LINE: It’s safer to use other well known rentals rather than this sham with all their HIDDEN FEES and HIDDEN POLICIES!

It’s worst app I ever see. Sign up pending Email wait so long. Already book but cannot Confirm Booking. Really disappointed
