Unpleasant having to deal with Rentalcars. Unpleasant having to change bookings by speaking to someone in another country who doesn’t speak English and who adds a significant amount of money onto the rental without being able to give reasons. I have preciously had this problem with Rentalcars—-NEVER AGAIN!!
It says my payment is unsuccessful but it doesn’t say why…
DO NOT RENT BY USING THIS COMPANY Due to circumstances beyond my control I had to return the vehicle one week before the contract date and there is no refund. READ THE TTERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE RENTAL!!!
I put a provisional payment in now, but it immediately took the money. If I choose not to take the car, can it be returned? Thank you

I do not recommend this rental company site at all, also because they will take money from your account (not from credit card) then when you collect the car, they can only give it to you if you have a Credit card! Like why draw the money when I have ticked that I do not own a credit card on this car hire app/site. So you hire the car and then it directs you to a specific company where you’ll collect the car, you get there, they(the staff) sends you to another one it’s a whole mess. Why not just connect you to one car hiring company.
Use this app to scan for the best price BUT DO NOT USE THEM TO BOOK. Go directly ! If you cancel they take a bigger than 20% fee. They are useless, and can’t help with transferring a booking. Even once you’ve paid a deposit if the company you book through has a problem rental cars cannot help you and will basically just steal your money
I’d experienced no glitches, that is always good.
