If you are late on pick-up date, Rentalcars keep the entire rental cost as “charge”, albeit they (or the rental company) don’t have such a cost or revenue loss from being late in picking up the car. Can someone understand how can be fair, for example, if I rent a car for 30 days and I’m late for 2 days, to not receive ANY car and still have to pay the full 30 days rental???

When you open the app it shows you “aren’t connected to the internet” both when using 4G or Wi-Fi

I tried to book a car in the month of April. Due to a glitch in the app, they debited my account but they were not able to find a car for me. When requiring the refund, the guys from the customer care asked me for the reservation number, which does not exist, as they did not rent me a car! After more than 10 emails sent with documents attached and repeted explanation (every time my email was answered by a different person), they decided to not andwer at all my emails. I am now investigating with the bank and I am going to file a police complaint, as they stolen my money. To be avoided! Gabriel
I made a rezervation and paid 5 days for the car in Milano, italy. I arrived there to take the car. The company told me my name was written wrong and asked me to call rentalcars to confirm my name. I called customer center, but they didn’t want to help, they said that they can’t confirm for the car company that the one who already paid for the car is me, and don’t want to send an email to cofirm that is me to the car company, so i lost all the money that i paid for rezervation, and had to pay double the amount on the car. Horrible company this rentalcars. Just ruined my vaccation… incredible dissapointment
