"enorme risparmio", "pagamento e amministrazione facile e veloce... queste due cose sono sostanzialmente false, abbiamo pagato due volte l'auto, all'aeroporto di Bari l'auto! Tutto questo ha richiesto un'ora in più e non importa se avere una carta di credito o di debito. Non useremo mai booking.com o altro! Il problema è "si risparmia troppo sulle spese" ed "è facile da gestire!" SI……..NON TUTTO VERO!!!!!!! e chiedo agli onorevoli colleghi, quando verrà introdotto il punteggio "0"!?

Just bumped into a very negative experience with a car I’ve booked via Rentalcars. Although the T&C displayed suggests to read the T&C of the partner actually renting out the car, very crucial info should be highlighted. I was just refused the car because I wanted to drive to a country not enlisted... and that I should have found out by reading through 2 endless T&C documents. Suggest highlighting the fact that there are limitations even within EU and within the Schengen Zone with open borders! Even to countries where the same rental company operates in! Positive: the service desk in Czech Republic was really going the extra mile to help.

Easy and simple to use, good app. However, hardly any available car for peak holiday periods.

This is a very poor system. Even though it states that the cancellation is free, it is not. And on top of that. It does not allow you to enter payment details for the cancellation fee only. It’s a misleading and confusing. Do not use!
