Great app only problem is after you type a few sentences all the words disappear under the little icons for a picture and so you can’t see what you’re typing could you look into this? Otherwise it’s brilliant

This would be a five star application if it was reliable. It isn’t. It has been my experience of late that any time I create an entry on an empty page after one or two paragraphs either the application crashes or the entry simply disappears. I also have this application on my Apple Mac and precisely the same issue keeps happening. This is one of those applications that you need to be absolutely reliable. It takes discipline to keep this practice going and there is nothing worse than when you managed to summon up there is discipline to discover that the application itself isn’t up to the job. I am very disappointed in this application and only for this reason. Otherwise the application is very good. But it is only as good as its weakest link and its weakest link is reliability it is very crashy and it loses data, which in 2022 is completely unacceptable.

Many of us see on YouTube, videos from people who speak about how to better yourself, become more mindful, reflective and improve. These people always suggest certain books, podcasts and apps to use. I truly believe this app is simply one YouTube video away from exploding onto the scene and being on the phone of countless people. A little about the app itself. It is set up incredibly simply and efficiently. Every morning and every evening, it’ll remind you about your need to “practice stoicism”. This comes in the form of many stoic exercises which are made incredibly simple and fun to complete. It can be a breathing exercise to either focus your attention or relax yourself, a journal entry or instructions on how to practice the stoic exercise of ‘Negative Visualisation’. The developer of this app has clearly done their research on stoic practices and has made a very simple, fun and progressive app.
