I’ve done the morning and/or evening routine for over 200 days, and it worked for me then, and it doesn’t work for me now, and that’s fine. Now, I use session summaries (to recap therapy sessions) and to look back occasionally. I recommend the gratitude meditation and the unguided meditation too. I really wish there would be a web app to connect to, to add longer journals from a keyboard, but otherwise it's great. I am always wary of paid apps, being afraid that it’ll be money thrown away, but it’s definitely not for me in this case. Love the app!
I really love this app. It’s the first app I’ve tried like this that doesn’t feel like a gimmick. It feels very thoughtfully put together and it’s genuinely a pleasure to use. I really enjoy using it to reflect on my thoughts and feelings throughout the day. The reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because I wish the ability to lock the app with a pin or faceID was included with the free version. I completely understand the need to put features behind a paywall — I just wish privacy wasn’t one of them. Nevertheless, you should 100% try this app if you’re looking for a digital mental health journal.
Wat een heerlijke app is dit. Heeft echt alles wat je nodig hebt. Geleide dagboeken en vragen, meditatie oefeningen, ademwerk. Top. Helpt om een streak te vormen in journaling. Fijn om dagelijks te gebruiken.
Het is erg fijn je dag te kunnen vastleggen in een dagboek. Dit zorgt ervoor dat je rust krijgt omdat je weet dat de verhalen nooit kwijt zullen raken. Ook kan dit voor opluchting voelen wanneer je een stressvolle dag zou hebben gehad.
I've been committed to doing a morning or evening reflection for over 200 days now. I have a fun diary to look back on with the occasional pic, and I've added questions to make me see my behavior and feelings towards those behaviors and I love it. It's very rare that I would recommend an app to everyone but I do! I really wish there would be a web app to connect to, to add longer journals from a keyboard, but otherwise it's great.
For multiple reasons I regret not using this app before. I have been using it daily and it has helped me a lot dealing with a difficult situation I am in now. If you are looking to learn more about yourself, and also have a well designed journaling, don’t hesitate on this app. It will change your life for the better if you use it and stick to it.
So well designed, genuinely helpful and has positively shaped my thinking. Don’t hesitate to download this. Hope it remains free of charge to stay accessible to as many people as possible
It Works GOOD IF YOU HAVE THE FREE VERSION 😊. (not aggressive ment at all) But it is annoying that sometimes it says something like: "Oops you need an Paid account for that" But it is Really good and helpful it is a little bit simple I would Love to see Like Skin options to make it Perfect for you like more colorful so maker can you maybe do something like that? 📱🧘🏼♀️🕊️ it's so calm, It's to recommend!
Every time I open the app from the reminder I get, I type a whole story and the app doesn’t save it. I would love the app if this didn’t happen.
