This app changed my life

I was told by my therapist during a difficult time in my life that I should start journaling But using pen and paper is so cumbersome and then you have to keep it private etc. Like this, I have the app with me everyday and can use it anywhere The prompts are so interactive that once it becomes a habit, it becomes like a friend The quotes are so inspirational

I’m not sure I can work with an app that asks me whether I “feel prepared to the night?”. Perhaps use Grammarly to check content before loading it!?

The simple, intuitive, uncluttered UI makes it extremely easy to work through. The prompts offer the perfect direction for your mind to focus on what is important. It’s actually made me appreciate a lot more and recognise a lot more about myself that I thought I did before. This app makes it so easy that it’s tough to even miss one day.

I haven’t been using it long, but I love the intuitiveness of the app! The set up is beautiful and there are so many funtions available, I doubt I’ll ever want for the premium version when the free version gives me everything I need :)

Is this worth your time and are you struggling to journal

Journaling will definitely help anyone. Stoic makes this easy and forces you to think and stay mindful. The app is worth it I’ve been more consistent with Stoic then with other paid journaling apps that I won’t mention here. It has made writing easy for me where other apps asks the same questions on a daily bases. Stoic has free form writing as well relevent questions based on how you feeling your mood, sleep and exercise making journaling very thoughtful and specific What I do is read through my journal every couple of days. To check in with myself. There are more features other than what I’m referring to here. Enjoy the journey

The app has many free-to-use sections (daily journal prompts, timed meditation and breathing exercises, which have been helpful in managing my anxiety and to relearn myself… looking forward the day when I have money to finally subscribe to the full offerings!
