Canjear noches
Buenas tardes, tengo 1 noche que no puedo canjear. Al querer hacerlo me dice tiene 0 noche para canjear cuando no es así. Además las noches de Oporto y Lisboa que estuve días atrás no han sido acreditadas. Estoy un poco decepcionado con hotels.com, hace años que soy socio y ahora lo veo un poco confuso. Saludos
No hay customer service
No hay forma de poder comunicarse. Los teléfonos que figuran no son reales, no figura ningún correcto electrónico de customer service ni mucho menos un chat.

Me cancelaron en 2 oportunidades me cancelaron la reserva SIN MOTIVO ALGUNO y sin avisarme y luego no pude conseguir para la fecha esa. HORRIBLE NO USAR ESTÁ APP

Buenas tardes, hice una reserva con intención de pagar en el hotel. Pero se me contó por la app. Me pueden ayudar a revertir la situación?
No me aparecen las reservaciones en la app
No me aparece ninguna de las reservaciones en la app, y cuando pongo el numero de reservación me dice que no existe. La app es esencial cuando se viaja. Es una pena

Buenas tardes hice una reserva y me equivoqué de fecha!!!!! Quisiera cancelarla por favor en esa fecha no es la indicada q voy a ir

Las reservas realizadas en la mac no se actualizan en la app.. me parece poco práctico si cada vez que quiero buscar mi reserva en la app debo tener el nr de confirmación 🙁 También reserve un coche y cuando terminé la reserva constaté que me habían cambiado la marca y modelo😡
