Canceled reservation with no refund
I arrived Amsterdam and i had reservation in a hotel but when i reach the hotel i found it fully booked and no body refund me the deducted value
Coupon Canceled
I get a coupon last year and when I tried to use received a notification that it has been expired, i am wondering because we received the Hotels.com CEO Email that all gifts and discounts during the pandemic has been extended for one year , really strange and making me not satisfied

Stay at radisson Park in Stockholm
In last month I have been in radisson red Glasgow an I was disappointed and 2 days ago I have been in radisson Park inn Solna (Stockholm) And agai I was disappointed. It’s written to be 4 stars but actually it should be only 2 stars for the price Breakfast was okay. personal were kind but rooms are old and poorly equipped You don’t get what you see in the website
Reservation is not guaranteed
I used the application to make reservations. Onetime, I made a reservation. When I arrived the hotel, the hotel refused to process my checking in because I was single. When I booked the hotel, it was not mentioned that single with residency cannot check in. I called the hotels customer service, they said that we’re sorry and payment will be refund. They did not care I was in my destination without hotel reservation.
