Their subscription flow is a scam. There is no clear warning or notification that your credits will disappear, and they don’t give you any clue in advance that you must use all lessons before the next subscription cycle. So be careful they will remove your paid lessons even if you paid 50$ per lesson without any notification.
The app is lovely! There are so many natives around the world who can teach you their language in a non-rigid conversational manner! Never made such rapid progress with institute courses as I did with Preply!

I'm extremely disappointed with how long it takes for the team support to respond and resolve issues. It's been 12 hours without any update from the Preply support team regarding a problem with transferring credits from one tutor to another. You are left with the feeling that you are being forced to purchase another subscription and pay extra cash because transferring your balance from one tutor to another is always problematic. The response and resolution time from the support team can take up to a day, making the situation even worse.
Be aware! after adding your payment details in this app. There are tricky AUTO renewal subscriptions, and if you would like to make a refund, there is a transaction FEE! Absolutely nonsense! P.S. : in addition, they refund the amount Less than you paid and minus the transaction fee. PREPLY IS A FRAUD COMPANY! that discrediting the work of good teachers, developers and other team, SHAME ON YOU!

The app very cheekily and annoyingly makes you buy additional lessons to your subscription after each lesson, but the owners have made it as difficult as possible to modify your subscription.
