Charging me for nothing

Every day im receiving nofitications from my bank that uber is charging me for a ride that I've never took. No one knows my bank details. Can you please explain?? I tried to contact the support center, but there is no way i can text them:

Установил еще в Казахстане для использования при поездке в Индию (международный убер), Казахстанский номер не принимает, но принял почту. Прилетел в Индию, хочу воспользоваться - а он просит номер телефона. Казахстанский номер не принимает, просто не активна кнопка отправить код, ок, есть у меня Эстонский номер, зарегестрировался на него, совершил три поездки и мой аккаунт заблокировали! Ок. Сто раз пробовал Казахстанский номер, пришел код, номер добавился и казалось бы все хорошо, но такси не вызывается, какой-то глюк, причем пробовал на разных устройствах! Служба поддержки отвечает по шаблону, передает что-то кому-то, с вами свяжутся через 24 часа, через 24 часа дежурное сообщение и продлевается еще на 24 часа, вы серьезно?! И вишенка на торте - вы не можете удалить свой аккаунт, либо слишком много запросов, либо неизвестная ошибка, а служба поддержки работает по тому же принципу!

You always take money from card and never give back if I change on the option Uber share, also u never give money back if I cancel my order by some reason!!!!!! Very bad application!!!!! And money always just disappear, why should I pay full price for a Uber sharing!!!???

You can read push-messages but not write

If you are in the downtown trying to get taxi, you cant't, because uber app hides chat if your internet connection is slow. But you will receive push message... And couldnt open it. Thanx for this quality service

Not working with another country phone number

Authorisation with phone number of another country working 1 of 10 times (if it’s a lucky day). It makes this app useless in world trips.

В Абу-Даби решил зарегистрироваться и вызвать такси, но не получилось этого сделать, по Apple ID зарегистрировал, но при заказе поездки вышла проверка номера и Uber не смог отправить код на номер мобильного в Казахстане. Просто не работала кнопка, без объяснения ошибки. По почте или номеру телефона тоже не зарегистрироваться. Скачал приложение местного сервиса такси и все получилось меньше, чем за минуту. Прислали проверочный код на WhatsApp и регистрация успешно. Не советую ставить uber, глючное приложение, не хочет чтобы ты зарегистрировался и им пользовался!

Keep charging me for 2-3 times for one the same ride here in Brazil. It didn’t happen once! Multiple! And I can’t get in contact with nobody. BAD SERVICE AND MONEY SCAM
