The new UI is cluttered and has bugs

Update May 2020: This app and the overall Freshwork product suite is worth every penny. This app helps us stay in touch with our customers on the move. Thanks freshdesk! Update April 2019: Just updated again and the ticket details page has been reworked to a horrible UI. The reason native mobile apps exist is to suite mobile display and not to reproduce the web UI. All in all, the ticket details page looks much morse than it used to be - super cluttered with boxes and borders around every label :( —— Just updated to the latest version and I really regret it :( The new user interface is cluttered with information which we do not need on the mobile app. In the old version, we could see up to 5 tickets without scrolling. Now, we only see 3 tickets without scrolling. The new version is extremely slow compared to the previous version. Notifications, which we heavily rely on do not work properly. When we set notifications to all be « Read » they all go back to « non-read » next time a new notification comes in. This renders the app pretty much useless as notifications are a big part of our workflows.

First of all the app keeps loosing session. Have to hard restart the app to back. The navigation is bad due to the lack of not updating design to safe areas.

Few updates, but worth it! Amazing for FD!

The app updates very seldomly but its worth the wait! This is one of the many good selling points of Freshdesk. Its convenient, fast and easy to use! :) Thanks!!
