Careem – rides, food & more

Customer service is horrible. I was using it well, and one day they charged me 6 times of the price. I’ve written them couple of times. Instead of answering they are auto resolving my case and not answering at all! Bad service!

Tried many times to register, do not get no sms not phone calls. Tried different devices, different phone numbers with different operators. Tried it being in UAE and abroad. It just doesn’t work. Tried to contact the support team, they have called me shared all the information and they said I will be contacted and nothing happened. First time experience this thing.

يعني ما معقولة طريق المستشفى يبعد عن بيتي خمس دقايق مشي يعني فرع واحد عن بيتنا ولان جنت مستعجلة وعندي امتحان ف اضطريت اوصي تكسي كريم ولكن تفاجأت بالسعر جدا جدا جدا غالي وهو المستشفى بعد فرع فقط ع بيتنا يعني حتى الف ميستحق ! لهذا للأسف اسوء تطبيق هذا

Awful service! Support messages are answering in more than hour and you just stay hungry or without food We have missing item like half of the food ordered, money is not returned and no-one is answering This is not service company this is a joke

terrible taxi drivers. the program is good, but the taxi and how the operators work 1 - the taxi itself arrives at the wrong address, it's not clear where it waits, it doesn't answer messages and calls. with all this, they still take money from you .. this happened more than once!

With Careem app since 2019 november- when i just arrived to Dubai🤩 Never failed me in my food orders, on taxi services! And best part is you are earning points from each service- which you can use on your rides or food discounts 🤩🙌🏻

Hey people, just be careful with this company. I was on the phone, I didn’t see captain arrived. Once i finish call and try to change drop off location, careem charge me 8 riyal. Okay nice you are thinking about your captain + and for 8 riyal . But you lose many customers Good luck
