It’s been few times when after trying to get a ride for a while I need to ask a friend to book a ride from HER app. And magically it finds a ride really fast and easy.

Drivers try to chage extra…

Drivers try to scam you, charged me twice for the same service, ask for cash during the trip or leave you, cash payment, the app is not helping … not recommended

An app that allows its captain to cancel the ride few mins before pick up

I had a flight and reserved a ride with careem one day before. The captain arrived before time, everything was good until I went down to the reception to join the captain and was surprised that he cancelled to ride 5 min before the pick up time. I couldn’t join careem and couldn’t give the captain a rate since he was the one who cancelled and they didn’t charge him anything. But since I was very late, I had to accept the car that the hotel proposed which was 3 times the price of a ride with a an app, because of careem that left me with no other option.

Scam

Be careful if “captain” asks you to pay him in cash the app wil charge you anyway.

Awful experience

I got scammed by a driver, the driver didn’t arrive, made me walk a lot in the middle of the night the and when I arrived where the driver was he cancelled the trip and they charged me for that, I contacted the app and they didnt want to refund me to the card so I lost my money

very bad experience with food delivery

took 2h until receiving my order with Careem food. app has no useful feedback, captain needed to waste 1h of his time at the restaurant until they arranged smth. Careem help center didn’t provide any assistance, phone support line wasn’t answering calls.

Worst customer service ever

Ordered a Pizza from pit fire and delivery was so late and food was cold. Living in the same building than Pit Fire Pizza kitchen it is very embarrassing. We even called the driver and when he arrived he was very lost and didn’t speak any English. Sent back the pizza to the restaurant and they didn’t provide a new one neither a refund. Very difficult to communicate with the customer service

Cancel subscription.

Could be easier to find the option to cancel the suscripción???
