Careem – rides, food & more

Tive um problema pois esqueci um item dentro do carro, a careem e o motorista não me ajudaram a recuperar, agora estou indo embora da cidade sem meu item. Além disso aparece 20 ead na corrida e quando aceita cobram 60 ead. Fora isso a demora pros motoristas chegarem é imensa. Nem percam tempo com esse app usem o app tradicional de sempre que é bem melhor!

Hello, I was searching for driver, trying to contact him i could not find him at all, and plus the driver before just left us where was convenient for him, I’m gonna give so bad feedback about this app and I know is the only one in dubai but I wanna make sure that no one uses it cause it can make you only nervous. If you don’t wanna have headaches use Uber. Drivers have to drop you off where you booked them to, otherwise it’s useless, and dangerous in case you don’t have mobile connection with you. This app it’s disappointing me so much.

They said I have to pay for a ride in February in Dubai, but I wasn’t in Dubai that time and now they can’t do anything for me because “I crossed the time limit” lol Still won’t pay for this robbery, bye

Aconteceu comigo duas vezes quando estava na cidade, os motorista param em uma rua próxima mas não vão até o local combinado e esperam dar o tempo para receber. Questionei no aplicativo e recebi uma resposta padrão que não podem fazer nada. Se for a casablanca use outro aplicativo o tanto

Very satisfied with the app. Quick rides and low price!

I am very disappointed with this app. I will find another app to use. Today a taxi driver just get another consumer in front of me and leave. And I was charged. Just that! Just like that! They charge me for the cancelation. Horrible service it will be the last time I use this app for sure! Amateurs !

The service is fine until the point that you need to contact the customer service. Really poor experience with the cleaning supplier as well.

The app have options to buy packages but is never available for me

I am often having ride pickup location issues because App doesn’t provide a good definition of my living building. I am often paying up to use Uber so that I avoid having to keep calling captains to explain my house is.
