The support team is slow to respond. An app that leaves users hungry while ripping them off. Using this app will only make you hungrier.

I have tried to make advanced booking 3 times, the app showed unable to make requested booking. However, those requests were made unexpectedly. 3 captains came to my place, I had to pay cancellation fee. It seems the app system trouble, so they accepted my complaint and promised to refund cancellation fee. But they never refund the fee, then I contacted to CS but they never reply to me. This operation company is not responsible for their service. The customer care is the worst in the world.

When I received my order and checked the contents, the drink was overflowing and the contents were a mess. I told them I couldn't accept this item and asked for a refund or a new item, but they refused. I also sent a message to careem with photos asking for a refund or a new product, but they refused. What's more, there were signs that the delivery person had eaten the returned item. This is the worst. I don't understand. I vowed never to use it again. Be careful everyone, this is the worst service ever.

The riders keep starting the ride before picking up the rides and then make a massive sum and then we cant even cancel or report the riders. We have tried to complain but no body helps. Pathetic Infrastructure

I only noticed when I received an email. I downloaded the app a while ago for my trip to Dubai. I received an email from creem today, saying that I had spent 67AED. I want to say that it's okay because I didn't register my credit card, but I regret that my personal information was given away. I will never use it again. メールが届いて気付きました。 半年前にドバイ旅行の為アプリを入れました。 本日creemからメールが届き、 67AED利用との事でした。 クレジットカードを登録していなかった為大丈夫だとは思いますが 個人情報が渡ってしまった事後悔しています。 2度と使いません。

有名なガイドブックに載っていたので、ドバイ旅行で利用しました。ドバイ空港からホテルまで、利用していないのに後から金額の請求がありました。（実際は通常のタクシーを利用）こちらの操作ミスかと思い65AEDを支払いました。 再度ドバイモールからホテルまでCareemを利用しました。アプリの表示金額は24〜28AEDなのに44AED請求されました。しかも運転手にアプリ経由では支払えないので現金でと言われました。アプリ経由で支払いたいと伝えましたが断られます。 現金で50AEDを渡すと、追加で6AEDを払ってと言われました。お釣りが6AEDなので私ではなく、運転手が支払う金額だと3回ほど主張したら、渋々6AEDのお釣りを渡してきました。 黒人の男性運転手だったので、正直怖い気持ちもありましたが最低限の主張はしなくてはと思い伝えました。 待合せポイントに来る時も、ホテルに向かう時も不自然に遠回りをしていて、それを携帯のアプリの距離表示で請求してくるという手口です。 楽しく過ごしていたのに残念な気持ちでいっぱいになりました。 Careem Payも使う予定でしたが、VISAとMasterCardは利用できませんでした。（国際カードは受け付けないとメッセージが出ました） どこでもほぼタッチレスのクレジットカードが利用できたので、無理にCareemアプリを使わなくても良いかもしれません。

ドバイ旅行で利用しました。使い方は日本のGOに似ています。iPhoneの場合、Apple payにカードが登録してあれば、このアプリに設定しなおす必要はありません。 アプリ内で場所を入力することもできますが、おすすめは、Googleマップで検索してタクシーを選択することです。そのままアプリに飛べるようになってるので便利！あとは支払いをApple payにするだけ。 残念ポイントは、アプリ内での場所検索がしづらいことと、スマホの発熱です。

Please be careful. This is just a scam service. The driver will contact you directly and charge you more than the rate quoted on the app. This is the worst kind of service, where the driver does not show up at the pickup location and then rips you off with cancellation fees!!
