Be careful with somw scammer driver
I travel to Tanger. I book from Socco Hostel to Hafa cf. I still not meet driver but the app update "You're on the way". Now Im still on Socco Hostel but charge my card? Scammer??
The worst app - The worst service ever
I sent request support to service center 3 times, about the pending payment AED 90.43. My friend has already given the cash AED90.43 for the driver. The driver lied to the system that he did not receive the payment, when in fact he did from my friend. This is a big lier and hurt us seriously, it's mean that I will be negatively affected when I come back Dubai next time. I'm a business man, I came to Dubai for work and looking for economic development opportunities with our company. There's no need for me to cheat AED90.43 from the driver or Careem. I'm very disappointed with the driver as well as Careem for this experience. Why he received money from us but do not update to the system? Terrible ! Nobody solved this problem for me until now, very disappointed with the way you do service !
the world's worst service
they deserve no star at all, the call center can't be reached. booking a delivery package, system glitches so no delivery dubai -sharjah, canceled booking, refund 20% of the fee that they deducted in advance, how ridiculous of deductions in advance? you haven't done anything and took money, then if the service can't be done , just refund it, why only refund a part?
