Careem – rides, food & more

It is impossible to cancel the “free trial” premium subscription, and they just start charging. I paid more for the ride than it was listed in the app that I will pay. I would recommend to stick to Uber.

Each time I try to book a ride captains call to ask about the payment method if it is Visa so it a hell as they will ask for cancelling the ride or play games to let you pay the ride or cancellation fee. Customer service is rubbish and doesn’t understand Arabic or English . They waste your time and waste your effort and money.

They charge money for a ride that didn't happen. The driver will never be able to find you.

Be careful with this corp. I was charged extra and the money did not return. They do not care about cuatomers comfort

Doesn't work with international bank cards?

Nie mozna zrezygnowac z careem plus. Mam problem. A jak chcesz usunac konto to bedzie ci pobierac przez 3 miesiace 19 aed.

2 razy anulowany przejazd bez powodu, czekaliśmy na kierowcę, raz aplikacja anulowała przejazd, a kierowca i tak przyjechał, zapłaciliśmy mu i dodatkowa opłata za anulowanie co jest nienormalne bo przecież przejazd się odbył. Brak jakiejkolwiek odpowiedzi po zgłoszeniu sprawy. Nie polecam, aplikacja do dopracowania, zdecydowanie bardziej polecam aplikacje uber. Jeśli ktoś raczy się skontaktować i wyjaśnić sprawę mogę usunąć opinie

Overall, great quality. But, a few faults as well: - Careem does not permit you to contact your driver, see his location/status as soon as you go offline. (I always take screenshots to have the info saved) - There is a bug, where sometimes with the school ride package, it will take 2 rides instead of 1 for a single trip. I've lost 2 trips because of this. Please fix these, and there might be a higher review!

After a trip to Dubai and 5 trips with Careem I ended up charged 8 times - mostly for situations, where the driver did not come and DID NOT RESPOND TO MESSAGES. Customer support did not read my messages to the driver and concluded it was my fault (!) and kept my money. Stay with Uber/taxi - Careem might charge you for trips you didn’t make and ignore your claims.

I fully don’t recommend With the taxi ist more expensive than calling out taxi man by ourself, it also took 14aed twice even if the taxi driver did not come With food I was waiting two hours, money were taken by I did not received food I wanted to call or write for help but there is no option like this For Careem bikes I can not use it because they do not accept international cards 0/10
