Naveed H. Yellow Roof Toyota 8609 I’m waiting to be collected. Naveed missed my turn and proceeds to drive another 5 minutes. Calls me to complain and tells me to walk to him. When I do he’s gone and cancelled. Spoke to me with attitude! You do not speak to people like this in Dubai. I never write a bad review on anything but this I could not simply forget!
Needs more work
I wish it would provide a notification when my account reaches a low limit. I have to check it regularly to make sure I have funds to cover my trip. I’ve been embarrassed on a couple of occasions when my account was empty and the driver wasn’t paid

Driver can cancel your booking
I was not able to use it in Dubai due to driver canceling the booking. You request a ride and the app finds you the “captain”, who accepts your booking and then cancels it. I have tried about five/six times and then gave up.

Always missing items and cases where the delivery driver doesn’t even show up at my apartment. Their customer phone line doesn’t work. Terrible experience
