The worst! Sent multiple msgs for refund bcz my food order was canceled from ur app and the transaction was made and no one even answered me. Spent hours to find out a way to report this and yet no one answered.

Why when i order a taxi the start up is 12.00 Then when i arrive i have to pay 13.00 extra i don’t know for what!!!
Worst service
I have been charged cancellation fees twice and i paid them before even though it was unfair! And now it happened again the driver canceled my drive and i was still waiting him for 15 mns ! And they charged me cancellation fees again and on top of that i have opened a ticket and its day 5 now and no reply back from support!! Shame …
Pricey
Its a very nice app but pricey even relatively to other companies it is almost double the price
They do not deal with drivers who steal from you
I had a ride today in Riyadh, alone, I am female. And the only possible option to pay was cash. My ride was 71 SAR. I gave the driver 200sar, and he entered that i paid 150 sar. When i wanted to say something- driver became aggressive. Worth mentioning that i live in a secured (thankfully) compound. Driver insisted to follow me and even tried to speak with the security to enter the territory!!!!! I was alone. So when he became agressive, i ran out of the car, i didn’t feel safe. Immediately after i submitted a complaint via app where i was told: please next time watch the driver how much he enters in the app. I could not believe that. Imagine, you have an agressive driver, you are a lady and you have to fight the driver for what is he inputting in his own phone? I also reported a strange behavior of the driver, why he was so persistent with his attempt to follow me on the territory? But Careem Support surprised me with their solution. The mode they are offering allows drivers to take advantage and i put less money than you actually paid. And what can you do? Unless the system is changed I strongly suggest to avoid using taxi via this app at all costs.
