Not very user friendly, cannot get a receipt for your purchase or speak to anyone from customer support unless you call them.
Bad attitude, unfair charges for nothing.
These guys made me wait one hour before flight, because they didn’t want to come in front of the Hassan II Mosque and as an extra, they charged me for 18 MAD because that driver canceled the trip. Don’t use app because they are scammers.
This company is charging you randomly
Do not use this company, you will be charged randomly for rides you never take! They are not answering, they don’t have a phone where you can call! Stay away from this fraud company
Worst app ever
App is a scam. Ordered food. Restaurant canceled. And i canot use the careem wallet to pay for other order. No money. No food.

The worst application
The worst application ever ! It is a trash ! I paid for the food and I didn’t receive my order !
Not recommending
Been late to a meeting because I was waiting for a driver to pick me up for 30 minutes. App doesn’t have all options. Very tough to reach out to customer support. Been asked to pay 1.6kd for a cancellation, for which the driver was really late. Had no option to contest the payment in the app!!!
Navigation Problems
The app is very bad, I cannot open any Pharmacy. Nothing happens when I tap on a Pharmacy
