Scheduled pickup didn’t show
I scheduled a pickup for the airport. Thank god I checked some hours before and it didn’t show a “scheduled”. I would have had waited and maybe lost my flight.

Most unreliable food app order and delivery app. You order twice and they get cancelled either restaurant is closed or no captain available. Will not be using them again.
Never receive what I order
Whenever I order groceries I end up getting half of what I ordered and half wrong items…
Big help for foreigners traveling in Egypt
Traveling in Egypt can be difficult for foreigners and we know that we often pay way too much for services such as taxi. Careem works like a charm and we pay fair fares just like the locals. Drivers are polite and with a bit of help from google translate we manage to communicate. I love Careem and will recommend it to other foreigners.

Dont use this app if you are hungry
It takes forever to order food. After entering my location the app keeps showing me a nearby list of restaurants, that after spending time to order, then are out of range for my location. Impossible to order anything like this. I’ve tried for an hour now. I give up. Impossible to order anything at all. Bring back uber eats ! They trick you on the gold status. I completed more than the required number of trips in a month but it stopped updating the number when I was 3 trips short. Update Getting a car from Dubai airport after 10pm is very difficult because the meeting point with the driver is random and changing all the time. Customer support regarding this was not supportive and unwilling to even acknowledge the issue.
