Do not download this app. I ordered June 14 and amount was debited from my account. I called the restaurant to follow up my order since you can’t be able to follow up directly to the customer service. Upon checking, the restaurant informed me that they didn’t recive any order from Careem app. I tried to call the customer service many times to request a refund since no options in the app to directly refund it. Thay will keep you wait and will promise to call you back. I did call them 4th times and same answer I got. On my 4th call, one of the customer service transfered my money but to their wallet. That told me that from wallet I can transfer it to my account. I did try but there’s an error. The representative told me that she will transfer ot istead to my account but up until now, I didn’t receive my money back to my account. As per her it will take only 24 hours. They wasted my time, wasted my simcard balance and didn’t give me back my money. This app is a scam so never download and try to order in here.😡😡😡😡😡 Worts of the worst

Bad experience
This app used to be so good, however, last couple of trips (Maybe 3 times ) I paid online and the trip amount was less than the amount that was deducted from my card. Normally the difference is being refunded but it was not for a very long time.
The amounts are not big but I'm scared of using the app again and I stopped since then.
Fraud
I ordered a ride. Taxi never arrived to my place but they charged to my account saying I cancelled the ride. Which I didn’t. It’s a daylight robbery.
Absolutely the worst possible service
I have never through out my years living in Dubai have met a more unreliable customer service team. Post a mess up that happened from their team the customer service team refused to even acknowledge or assist
Very limited and inconvenient support options
Cannot call directly to help line. Cannot raise ticket for past service, not able to reopen old help ticket

Why is it really hard for me cancel the subscription there is no option for that
Save Your Self
I regret to say that based on my own and many others' experiences,Careem has been disappointing. It appears they prioritize commercial interests over customer satisfaction. I've noticed they frequently introduce new services through collaborations with other companies, often skipping proper due diligence and quality assurance processes. They lack the intent of being customer centric company.
Try Noon OR Talabat which are far better than Careem

They really don’t care about customers.
When I reported the issue ,the notification mention that someone will get back to me in 8 hours.Great by then I will feed my stomach with the hope that someone will work today.
They hang up the phone when I called the restaurant.
Received an order with an item missing and when I ordered the missing item which was a drink ,they delivered it sideways, leaking all over my floor.
Not only I paid for the first order , but I also paid for the second.
Did I eat anything tonight? No!
Am I going to order from Careem again? Never!
