Taxis keep cancelling on you whenever it’s not convenient for them. Even if you pre book. Often cancellation is last minute so you are left with no options. I used to pay for subscription as well, and service was not to my satisfaction. Switched to Uber and I don’t have these issues.
Careem is still sending my annoying advertising sms despite my wish to stop that! Customer service promised to do so, but it’s still going on…
Ordered food and paid in cash. Gave the driver 25% tip. Still outstanding payment in the app. First I have to pay the outstanding payment and can’t order a taxi or anything. Contacted the help desk yesterday. No reply until now. Contacted it again. No reply. Bad service.
They add some high demand charges and ended up paying more than double the fare. Nowhere was this signed to me until ride was finished. Scam. Return my money.
If we only had something like that in Germany. I have to emigrate :-)

Die Werbung kommt zu oft und als mich dass Übels genervt hat landete ich dass runter.Es war komplett anders und alles war zu teuer.
Careen is a perfect app for all day purposes. Rides, bikes, foods . Just perfect. But heads up to all the captains the do a great job 👏
I usd Careem since over 2 years and in my opinion theyre without competition till now. Since 3 months are the delivery guys fully unable to deliver, have no manners and its always just a problem with them. Ill not use anymore Careem because that. With noon drivers you have never problems.
