Don’t use Careem. Absolute rubbish. Refund for a cancelled trip takes three weeks to come back. Route plotted for driver was a location which was private so not allowed to enter. Another driver couldn’t navigate and cost more money for lack of skill. Just use Uber or a Taxi, it will save you a lot of headaches!
I have ordered a food from Kareem and took 3:15 hours to deliver my food from restaurant which 1.5 km away .reported the issue with Careem customer care but haven’t received reasonable response . Tried to cancel the order as no longer needed the food but they didn’t allow me to do ..my time and waste of money . The worst service service ever I had with any food delivery application . I live next to a landmark building and the app won't me to enter my actual address as it always picks the landmark. Nearly every time i book a ride, the driver drives passed us to the landmark.
the first time I use careem is good, but eventually after always update it turned out very bad, even drivers I go along keep telling locator is bad, then customers like me are also complaining about charges and very slow response with your team. I always keep extra added charges and recently have a charge without any book at all or cancel.
Why midnight careem don’t get in Pakistan Karachi ?
Disappointed at the fact my details are not safe and it’s taken 3 months to let your customers know.
