Вызвала такси через приложение. Сумма была указана 275. В итоге водитель показал 408. В заказе стояла оплата наличными. В итоге, он нас не выпускал, вызывали полицию. И в результате, careem убрала у меня из приложения функцию вызова такси 😡 I called a taxi through the app. The amount was indicated as 275. As a result, the driver showed 408. Guys you can find better apps than careem drive, when you put your apple pay or card they charge you the amounts and then the taxi won’t come, will ask you to cancel when the money is already gone from your bank and they will waste you time especially if you have appointments. And for refund I don’t know if they will give it back or not… worst experience ever.. scammers. I don’t recommend to use it at all

Many drivers accept the ride but they come with different plate. When you get-in they immediately asks for cash. If you don’t agree for cash, they immediately cancel the ride and collects initial price without any ride. Also if you agree for a cash, because of they use a different plate they cancel the ride and collect both cash and the initial price od the cancellation. Careem should not allow those kind of scammers in their systems.

This app has awful feedback service. I forgot item in a car. They don’t have an opportunity to call to driver, they don’t have an opportunity to send him message, they don’t have an opportunity to send message into app, they don’t have an opportunity to send a message by email. You need to call to robot, robot ast to call to another number, new robot takes you request, they send you a message with link of app, which you need to download, after that you need to register in that app, to confirm you need to write code from email, but you don’t recieve a letter from them to email. Ithat situation was 1 hour ago, but i still cant even let them know about it! If it was a button to call driver he can do it 3-4 times for this time.
