Careem – rides, food & more

I order a package last week to be delivered not even after 10 minutes the driver cancelled and let me pay a fine without contacting me first or texting. After I requested a new pick up for the package and payed the fine now I have a outstanding fine again this app is really starting to annoy me. The drivers always take unnecessary turns to make the trip longer

Was charged for a trip I did not take & then another driver was arranged as the original trip was marked as a completed trip…. After that a second driver was sent which I cancelled as I was so angry & was charged another BHD 1.8 as a penalty for cancelling… They refunded the penalty charge but not the original charged which the driver cancelled at BHD 4.5… very poor service

I’m so disappointed with the service. 1st order, something was missing and I reported but nothing was done to rectify. They were just sorry I had a bad experience. 2nd order was completely wrong, again they were just sorry for my bad experience but nothing happened. At spaghetti I didn’t order and drank coke I did not buy. Definitely not the 5 star service it was rated😞

I use the bike service quite often on Kareem plus, one night there was an issue with docking the bikes and they charged me for 2 hour use even though I used it less than 45mins. No response via email, poor service

Driver could not reach my mobile and delivered it to wrong location. I never got my order.

Honestly careem used to be so good and I used to love it. It had great rates, customers used to receive airmiles and careem points and there was careem plus that you could subscribe too. But now it’s gone soooooo expensive and they have removed careem points and they have removed the airmiles. And so many captain are not trained well. You guys really need to fix yourselves up! And they use GoogleMaps which is so outdated and shows roads that are closed which makes us cancel the rides and make the careems come so late. Also they are so unprofessional, for such a developed company they really struggle to deliver food properly!

Works until it doesn’t and heaven forbid you need customer support. Every new app bring new updates that sometimes break things. Ride packages goes missing, the laundry goes missing etc. No integration across the emirates - some features are here others there.

They are very kind and can get you anything amazing!

You are unable to book city to city and option to chat via the app is unavailable. It is such an inconvenience and will be best if one gets a secondary app

The use of the app is amazing. I use Careem for absolutely everything. But the e-hailing service on the map is horrendous. The app geo targeting gets my location incorrect up to 200 metres. That’s way to big of an incorrect marker and often causes me to be late and drivers to be frustrated. The second element is often I click and pay to book a Hala- and it says trouble booking request. I book again and it says trip already in progress. The UX design of the app is really great, easy to use . But there are some bugs that could be rectified. My app is up to date :) Just some recommendations for improvements. Have a lovely day Careemers!
