Me hicieron un cargo como de 50-60 dólares americanos ( depende el tipo de cambio ) EL PRIMER DÍA al dar de alta su app ! ! No sé de qué sea o porque lo hicieron !! 2- hace rato dos veces dos conductores NUNCA LLEGARON A MI UBICACION YA QUE SU APLICACIÓN LOS MANDABA A OTRO LADO y les escribía y escribía para saber de ellos Y LES MANDÉ FOTOS DE MI UBICACION y nunca respondieron !!! El primero NUNCA SE MOVIÓ EN EL MAPA Y LOS DOS VIAJES ME LOS COBRARON INJUSTAMENTE 3-EL IDIOMA QUE SALE EN SU APLICACIÓN NO SALE EN INGLÉS NI ESPAÑOL ! No se idioma sea !!!!! LES PIDO DE FAVOR LA EXPLICACIÓN DEL PRIMER CARGO y cambiar el idioma y reportar a los conductores que no me quisieron responder ! Gracias !!

Card and cash problem
My app change to cash in another county and I didn’t expect it so I don’t have cash on me. I was counting pay with my card. So bad that this is not clear . I just order the grab as normal.

The app does not have any of the options to add payment, or schedule rides or even see the interface as shown in the app page. This is a joke in Mexico AppStore
