In Hat Yai The driver 2 minutes before pick me asked me double the price. Since he knew i am a foreigner, slowdown the car and asked me double the amount I already paid via Grab App. Disgusting! I tried to complain in the App but no chance. Ok, so here you have your formal complain

Grab es una aplicación de transporte increíblemente conveniente que ha transformado la forma en que nos movemos por la ciudad. Su interfaz intuitiva facilita la reserva de viajes en segundos, y la variedad de opciones, desde taxis hasta vehículos privados, garantiza flexibilidad. La precisión en la ubicación y la velocidad de respuesta son impresionantes. Sin embargo, un inconveniente importante surge al abordar un taxi, ya que la aplicación puede cobrar de más si no estás exactamente en el lugar marcado en el mapa en un plazo de 2 minutos. Esta política puede resultar injusta en situaciones donde el taxista comete errores de ubicación. A pesar de este inconveniente, Grab sigue siendo una herramienta esencial para la movilidad urbana con una excelente oferta de servicios.
Grab en Bangkok, Chian Rai, Chian Mai y Phuket.
El servicio ha sido estupendo en todas las ciudades (atentos, educados, puntuales), pero en Chian Mai deben mejorar. Nos tuvieron esperando en un bosque, de noche, y siendo la primera vez que íbamos a ese templo, casi media hora.
