I can’t thank Lisa and Romane enough for the inspiration and help they give me. Lisa’s workouts have been helping me for +4 years, by keeping my lifestyle active, healthy and good looking. My journey with food and exercising has been quite inconsistent over the years, as sometimes you may loose motivation, faith, strength or the energy to keep going. This app was never uninstalled from my phone and always keeps me on track. I really wish both of them the best as they deserve it so much for helping so many people become their better selves. They both prove how love, help and respect makes you a better person and have a beautiful life.

Its a good app to use at home. To make it better, I would add streching exercises at the end of the session...
Muy completa pero mejorable
Me ha ido genial, especialmente en los primeros días de gym, te da confianza y te permite trabajar todas las zonas musculares y cambiar ejercicios cuando tu gym no tiene alguna máquina o está ocupada. A mejorar: los vídeos se podrían ver desde diferentes ángulos y las comidas se lían y son muy mejorables para los que no vivimos en UK.
